There is a compulsory dress code (otherwise access to the Grand-Place will be denied):
Journalists are asked to respect the rules scrupulously. Please arrive in the lobby of the Amigo Hotel between 7.30 pm and 8.45 pm, dressed entirely in black, with black shoes. Trainers, watches and glasses are not allowed. A cape (compulsory) will be given to you on-site. Your access wristband will be issued at that time.
