The Ommegang pre-cortege will leave the Parc Royal at 8.45 pm, passing through Place des Palais, Rue Royale, Place Royale, Rue de la Régence and Rue Bodenbroek to join the crossbowmen, archers, harquebusiers and fencers in the Sablon.
At 8.25 pm, the arrival of Charles V and the Infante, followed by the re-enactment of the historical procession, which will leave the Sablon at 8.55 pm and pass through the following streets: Rue Lebeau, Place de la Justice, Rue de l’Hôpital, Place Saint-Jean, Rue Duquesnoy, Rue Infanta Isabelle, Rue Marché aux Herbes, Rue du Marché aux Poulets, Boulevard Anspach, Plattesteen, Rue du Lombard, Rue du Midi, Rue des Moineaux, Rue de l’Etuve, Rue Charles Buls, ending in the Brussels Grand-Place.
During the procession, the Brewers’ Giant will emerge from the Brasserie of the Ommegang on Rue de la Montagne 4, and be placed on the barrel of the Ommegang beer float.
